TOKYO (Reuters) – European Central Bank Governing Council member Ewald Nowotny said he expects the euro-zone economy to see stronger growth in the latter half of 2019, the Nikkei newspaper reported on Saturday.
Deepening negative interest rates was not being discussed at the ECB, Nowotny said in an interview with the Japanese economic daily.
